RateHero provided us with such an amazing service and was there all the time during our commercial building loan. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to answer any question.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable and efficient professionals. We worked with James to get a mortgage first for our son then our own home, both purchases summer 2022. As the housing market was red hot at that time, we need to secure pre-approval – followed by secured mortgage by final closing. James got us a pre-approval, then communicated with us since day 1 and assisted with necessary documents. Kyra from the office was great support as well….a real life saver indeed!
